Product features:

Tubular turbine is a new type of generating unit which develops low head hydraulic resources and is suitable for the head under 25m. This type of flow path is straight, is a horizontal shaft turbine, the shape of the runner is similar to the axial flow, there are fixed paddle and rotating paddle, because the flow in the flow channel basically along the axial movement of no turning, so greatly improve the water capacity and hydraulic efficiency of the unit.

1. the axial connection from the direction of inlet to outlet is simple in shape, the hydraulic loss through the flow channel is reduced, the construction is convenient, and the recovery function of draft pipe can account for more than 40% of the total water head.

2. tubular units have higher filtration capacity and specific rotation speed, so under the condition of the same head and power, the diameter of tubular units is about 10% smaller than that of rotor type.

3. the tubular turbine is suitable for the operation of the reverse pump turbine. Because there is no sharp turn in and out of the water channel, better hydraulic performance can be obtained in both pump and turbine working conditions. If applied to tidal power station, it can have six functions, such as bi-directional power generation, bi-directional pumping and bi-directional discharging, which is very suitable for comprehensive development and utilization of low-head hydraulic resources. In addition, it can be used as a reversible pump turbine in general plain drainage station, which has a wide range of applications.

4. tubular hydropower stations generally have shorter construction period, smaller investment, faster effect and less inundation migration than vertical axial hydropower stations.
