Impingent turbine is a kind of hydraulic prime mover which USES the special water guide mechanism to draw out the free jet with kinetic energy, rush to the wheel bucket, and make the wheel rotate to do work, so as to complete the transformation of water energy into mechanical energy. In the impact-type turbine, according to the difference in the relative position and working times of working jet and runner, it can be divided into three types: cutting stroke turbine, oblique stroke turbine and double stroke turbine.
